The €35 million house he never really lived in
The Quinta da Marinha property in Cascais took more than three years to build and was designed around privacy: an indoor glass pool, a cinema, a gym, a massage room and a large garage. In January 2026 Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez put it on the market at €35 million, reportedly the most expensive residential listing in Portuguese history. They had concluded that the site did not offer the seclusion they wanted.
Riyadh: living in a club asset
Since 2023 his primary residence has been a gated compound in Riyadh, provided under the Al Nassr contract along with a private jet and a reported sixteen full-time staff. It is a benefit in kind, not an owned asset, so we exclude it from the portfolio value above.
